Shuttle Service

With the number of attendees for ICPA and InfoAg, some people have had to make reservations at other hotels. To help everyone make it back and forth to the St. Louis Union Station Hotel, (the conference venue), we have setup a limited shuttle service with BEST Transportation. 

A shuttle bus will drive the circuit and do pickup and dropoff at:

  • Union Station, 20th Street Entrance
  • Hilton Ballpark, Walnut Street Entrance
  • Pear Tree, on Market Street 

The shuttle schedule will be:

  • Monday: 6-9am and 6-9pm
  • Tuesday: 6-9am (2 buses) and 6-9pm
  • Wednesday: 6-9am (2 buses) and 6-9pm
  • Thursday: 6-9am

Shuttle runs continuously during those hours. They estimate 30 minutes to run a full circuit. Please have your conference badge visible to board the bus.

Details for Oral Presentations

For oral presentations, here are a few guidelines for your presentations.

  1. Presentation time is 20 minutes, this includes time for questions. Session Chairs will keep presentations on time so that attendees can plan their program in 20-minute increments.
  2. AV equipment provided includes: 
  • Windows 10 computer running MS PowerPoint 2013.
  • Projector.
  • Laser pointer and wireless slide controller. 
  • Wireless lapel mic. 
  1. No template is provided for slides. You may use your own slide design.

Please note that all cell phones/pages/etc. should be off or silenced during sessions. No photos or videos should be taken of the presentations. Cameras, and especially tablets, are very distracting for other attendees, and no duplication of the slides is permitted without permission from the speaker.

Details for Poster Presentations

Please note: poster format must be no larger than 44.5 inches high by 44.5 inches wide (1.15 meters by 1.15 meters). Please be sure your posters are designed to fit in this format. Posters may be attached to the boards using pushpins or velcro. Supplies will be available at the conference registration desk.

The Poster Session will be Monday evening from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm. Posters may be setup beginning at 12:00 pm on Monday. Posters may remain in place through Thursday morning. Posters should be removed by 12pm Thursday, August 4.
