  • Early-bird registration discount, rates go up after June 1st
  • Deadline for presenters/authors to register for paper to be include in the proceedings and program
  • Hotel room block special rates deadline. After June 1st, our block will open up and rates will go up. Make hotel reservations before June 1st. 
  • Deadline for nominations for Grad Student Awards and Pierre C. Robert Scientist Awards
• 8 JUN 2018
  • Deadline for nominations for the ISPA board of directors
• 15 JUN 2018
  • Student award nominees will be notified of results
  • Election Ballot email will go out to all active ISPA members, voting for officers will be done electronically 
• 24 JUN 2018 
  • Deadline for voting for board members
  • CONFERENCE STARTS !
