With the goal of reinforcing the scientific quality of the conference, we are pleased to introduce Prof. James Lowenberg-DeBoer as Editor of the Proceedings of the 16th European Conference on Precision Agriculture (ECPA).

 

 

All submissions must include a sentence stating how the work relates to Precision Agriculture, per the full ISPA definition. Work doesn't need to cover every component of PA — but should clearly show its contribution (or potential contribution) to farm-level decision-making, including studies at broader scales with clear farm-level implications.

 

Accepted abstracts for oral communications will be invited to submit a full paper (6 to 8 pages) which will undergo peer review (2 reviewers each paper) by the Scientific Committee led by Prof. Lowenberg-DeBoer. Accepted full papers for oral communications will be invited to submit a substantially extended manuscripts to the ECPA Special Issue at the Precision Agriculture journal (papers published in the conference proceedings may not be republished in their original form and must contain substantial additional content beyond that presented in the proceedings).
 

Please note: Poster abstract submissions will open at a later date. Authors that would like to send an abstract only for Posters please follow the future Newsletters for the deadline submission for posters. Oral abstracts not accepted for oral presentation but are in the scope of PA,  would automatically be considered for posters. Abstracts accepted as poster communications will be published in a separate proceedings volume with a DOI (abstract plus poster image).
