16th ICPA Registration
Payment Options
Online registration for ICPA accepts Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, and Discover. If you need to pay by wire transfer, please contact registration@ispag.org and the wire transfer information will be emailed to you. Please note: ISPA is NOT responsible for wire transaction fees. Attendees are required to pay the fee if the wire transfer is not initiated at a U.S. Bank. A $25 fee should be added to the total registration amount if the wire is initiated at a foreign bank. All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars.
Registrants
If you are currently an ISPA Member, please log in to check your Membership Status. If you do not wish to become a member, or renew your membership, you may continue to the online registration.
Late Fees
Late fees will go into affect after July 3, 2024. Prices for all registrations will increase by $100 at that time.

Registration Item Details
Full Conference Registration
Includes access to all presentations, exhibit hall, and meal functions ( Sunday evening reception, Monday breaks and lunch, Tuesday breaks and lunch, and Wednesday morning break); and registration materials: pen, badge, and program.
One Day Registration
Includes access to all presentations, exhibit hall, and meal functions for SELECTED DAY ONLY. Also includes registration materials: pen, badge, and program.
Student Registration
Includes access to all presentations, exhibit hall, and meal functions (same meal functions as a Full Conference Registration). Also includes registration materials: pen, badge, and program. Must be a full-time student to qualify for this discounted registration rate.
Registration Add On Items:
Companion Registration - $220 USD
Includes access to exhibit hall and meal functions. It does NOT include access to presentations. It does NOT include registration materials other than a badge. This registration is intended for a spouse, significant other, or family members to attend conference meal functions.

Post-Conference Tour - $100 USD

International Symposium on Robotics and Automation - Complimentary with 16th ICPA Registration
The International Symposium on Robotics and Automation will take place on Monday 22 July in conjunction with the 16th ICPA. This symposium will provide a space where academia, industry, funding agencies, and other stakeholders can exchange knowledge on emerging trends and identify challenges along with opportunities in the fields of automation and robotics in agriculture. Refund Policy
Cancellations received by July 3, 2024 entitle the registrant to a refund of half the registration fee. No refunds for no-shows or cancellations received after July 3, 2024. Substitutes are welcome.
