19. Spatial Distribution of Dry Matter in Avocado Fruits and Its Relationship with Fruit Load

The quality and post-harvest life of avocado fruits is strongly conditioned by their oil content, accumulated before harvest. Oil content can be estimated through the dry matter content of the fruit.
